Manufacturing process of color box:

3.Printing: When we get the print, we print according to the size of the print, the thickness of the paper, the color of the print.
4. make the die cutter: the die cutter must be made in accordance with the sample and the printed semifinished product. 
5．Print appearance processing: This appearance processing is mainly to beautify the surface, with film covering, hot stamping, UV, oil, polishing and so on
6．Molding: use machinery, knife die. Make the color box die and form the basic style of the color box.
7．Sealing: It is to stick the color box to the fixed part of the color box by glue in the sample or design style.
